Why do they wear that?

So, the other day I was at a store and saw this lady. I sneaked a picture of her because I couldn't believe what she was wearing. I mean, really, do people check their mirrors before they leave their houses? And those  emails that go around with pictures of people at Walmart...Anyway, it just amazes me. So, here's what she looks like. I have to say, pay attention to the capri's with the socks and sandals...WTH?
